DELIVERY

All oil paintings are sent in a custom made protective box. All prints are sent in a sealed highly resistant cardboard tube.  

Every order is processed manually in 5 to 10 business days after purchase. Please note that in busy periods this might take longer.

You will receive an email confirmation, with according tracking number, once the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 8 to 16 days for delivery, depending of your location. Orders may be delayed due to COVID19

PAYMENT, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Accepted payment are Paypal or credit card related to a Paypal Account.

All prices are shown in EUROS (EUR) and all pricing is inclusive of taxes. Receipts and invoices will show breakdown of tax paid.

Any duties, taxes and charges related to import are not included in the item price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact your local customs for more information about imported art related costs. 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

We request information from you on our order form. 

To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) This information is used for fill your orders. 

If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details and pictures of the product and the defect. 

Please do not accept damaged packages. 

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK

Please keep any artwork away from liquids, sharp objects, adhesives, and other sources of potential damage.

Prints should be unrolled as soon as possible and laid flat or sent directly for framing.

The cardboard tube used for transport is not suited for long-term storage.

Oil paintings are usually coated with final or retouching varnish that can turn dull after some time. 

The artworks are best maintained indoors in cool, dry areas without excessive direct sunlight.
